- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Kelley Jewelers is a top-notch jewelry store. They offer high quality diamonds and have a very educated staff who can explain the 4 Cs or answer any other questions. I can't say enough about the customer service. My husband can call them and they will get a gift certificate ready for him to pick up. They have even delivered it when he couldn't get to the store before it closed.
