  Absolute worst place to ever rent from They put regular boards up to line the shower walls and used a paint that was not suitable for a humid environment. Mold in the carpet, in the bathroom, in the kitchen, under kitchen linoleum. There was a gap underneath the frame of the front door so you could see outside when you were inside. I asked several times for repairs and they would come in and literally paint over whatever it was. They would come into my house without notice when I wasn't there. Then, when my lease was nearing an end, I had not signed to extend my lease, so she evicted me claiming I had a dog. Which I did not. As I explained to her I indeed did not have a dog she said "we both know that's not true" and told me to get out. She would not listen to anything. I moved that day. I have spoken with other people and she always evicts people in their last month if they have not re-signed so she can keep the deposits. Horrible scum.
